Isabella Glutenfreie Pâtisserie (bekannt aus dem SAT1.-Format "Das Große Backen - Die Profis") ist ein junges, innovatives Gastro Unternehmen, das auf die handwerkliche Herstellung hochwertigster glutenfreier, laktosefreier und veganer Backwaren spezialisiert ist. Isabella Glutenfreie Pâtisserie steht für kreative Handwerkskunst, in einem stark wachsenden Nischenmarkt, in dem bislang kaum genussvolle Backwaren hergestellt werden. Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf innerhalb unseres Cafés
  • Fachlich bist Du für die Führung von ca. 15 MitarbeiterInnen verantwortlich und hast immer ein offenes Ohr
  • Du bist für die Erstellung des Dienstplanes sowie für die Erstellung der Tagesabschlüsse zuständig
  • Als Gastro-Professional fällt Dir das Qualitätsmanagement und die Überwachung der gesetzten Standards für den Service leicht
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Personal-, Budget- und Wareneinsatzplanung
  • Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Backstube und Filiale
  • Den Erfolg unseres Cafés hast du im Blick und pflegst den Kontakt zu unseren Gästen
  • Gastgeber aus Überzeugung und mit Herz - das ist Deine Leidenschaft!
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene gastronomische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition sammeln können und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Du hast die Fähigkeit, unsere Gäste und dein Team mit deiner Persönlichkeit zu begeistern
  • Gastgeber aus Überzeugung und mit Herz - das ist Deine Leidenschaft!
  • Hands-on-Mentalität ist für dich selbstverständlich: Du arbeitest kundenorientiert, strukturiert und zielstrebig mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft
