Inför vår nyöppning söker vi nu en engagerad och flexibel kock som vill bli en del av vårt team och hoppa in vid behov. Vi söker dig som brinner för matlagning, gillar ett högt tempo och vill vara med och skapa en riktigt bra upplevelse för våra gäster. Kappa Bar är inte en traditionell restaurang. Hos oss möts mat, dryck, sport, gaming och events under samma tak – med målet att skapa en levande mötesplats där gästerna kommer för mer än bara mat och gärna stannar hela kvällen. Som kock hos oss blir du en viktig del av köksteamet och bidrar till att maten håller hög kvalitet, oavsett om det är en lugn kväll eller fullt tryck under en match eller ett större event. Om rollen Du arbetar operativt i köket och ansvarar tillsammans med övriga teamet för att förbereda, tillaga och servera mat av hög kvalitet. Tjänsten är timanställd vid behov, vilket innebär att arbetspassen varierar utifrån verksamhetens behov. I rollen ingår bland annat att: Förbereda och tillaga mat enligt verksamhetens menyer och rutiner Säkerställa att maten håller hög kvalitet och presenteras på ett tilltalande sätt Arbeta effektivt och strukturerat även under högt tempo Bidra till ett välfungerande samarbete mellan kök och servering Säkerställa god ordning, hygien och renlighet i köket Följa rutiner för livsmedelshantering och egenkontroll Hjälpa till med förberedelser, disk, städning och övriga förekommande köksuppgifter Vara flexibel och kunna rycka in vid arbetstoppar, matcher och events

Vem söker vi? Vi tror att du: Har erfarenhet av arbete i restaurangkök eller ett stort intresse för matlagning Är ansvarstagande, noggrann och lösningsorienterad Trivs med att arbeta i ett högt tempo Har ett genuint intresse för mat och kvalitet Är flexibel och kan hoppa in med kortare varsel när verksamheten behöver förstärkning Är en lagspelare som bidrar med positiv energi och god arbetsmoral Behärskar svenska eller engelska väl

Utbildning inom restaurang och storkök samt erfarenhet av à la carte, lunchservering eller eventverksamhet är meriterande. Vad erbjuder vi?
