Som kundrådgivare arbetar du med försäljning av diverse tjänster från välkända varumärken till privat och företagskunder. Du kontaktar kunder via telefon, lyssnar in deras behov och hjälper dem att hitta en lösning som passar deras vardag.

Du behöver inte kunna allt från början. Hos oss får du en tydlig introduktion, kontinuerlig utbildning och daglig coachning som ger dig rätt förutsättningar att lyckas och utvecklas i rollen.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Identifiera kundens behov och rekommendera rätt lösning
  • Skapa positiva och förtroendeingivande kunddialoger
  • Arbeta mot individuella mål och gemensamma teammål
  • Följa upp dina resultat tillsammans med din coach

  • Är social, positiv och bekväm med att prata med nya människor
  • Motiveras av tydliga mål och möjligheten att påverka din lön
  • Har en stark vilja att lära dig och utvecklas
  • Bidrar med energi och en bra inställning till teamet
  • Talar och skriver flytande svenska
