  • Expand relationships across institutional, industrial, and international stakeholders.
  • Lead market entry strategies for new geographies, sectors, and customer segments.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that enhance the company's commercial ecosystem and long-term competitiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and strategic forums.

  • Own the company's strategy for grants, public funding programs, innovation incentives, and industry awards.
  • Lead identification, prioritization, and pursuit of national, European, and international funding opportunities.
  • Ensure high-quality proposal development and submission processes in close collaboration with technical, financial, and program teams.
  • Manage relationships with funding agencies, governmental organizations, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Maximize the value, success rate, and strategic impact of non-dilutive funding initiatives.
  • Oversee compliance and reporting obligations related to awarded funding programs.

5) Cross-functional commercial execution

  • Align closely with Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure commercial commitments are realistic, executable, and strategically aligned.
  • Support long-term demand planning and manifest optimization.
  • Ensure customer and funding requirements are appropriately translated into internal priorities and decision-making.
  • Drive structured communication and escalation processes across stakeholder groups.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to continuously optimize team efficiency through process excellence and first-class IT tool usage.

6) Commercial operations & performance management

  • Define key commercial KPIs and operating mechanisms to monitor performance.
  • Establish scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, pipeline management, and opportunity governance.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, proposal effectiveness, and sales cycle efficiency.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
