We design, build, and operate registry solutions that power public and private sector operations and drive efficient business decisions around the world. Our people are what drives our innovation, growth, and well-being.

We are looking for a Product Manager to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our product team and play a key role in shaping and delivering products that create meaningful value for customers while driving business growth. The Product Manager will be responsible for contributing to the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, working cross-functionally to bring solutions to market, and ensuring products meet customer needs and business objectives. This role is accountable for product outcomes, including customer adoption, user satisfaction, and engagement with a strong focus on delivering measurable results.

This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in complex, highly regulated environments where legislation, policy, and operational processes must be translated into intuitive, efficient digital products and workflows. The successful candidate will lead customer discovery, user research, and market analysis activities to identify unmet needs, validate opportunities, and inform product strategy.

They will be adept at synthesising customer insights, industry trends, regulatory developments, and operational requirements into clear product direction, balancing compliance, usability, and business objectives. Working closely with customers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams, they will transform complex challenges into impactful solutions that deliver measurable value for both customers and the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

The role will include, but will not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

Contributing to Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities through customer research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Provide input and subject matter expertise to develop business cases with other key stakeholders and recommend investment priorities based on customer value, strategic alignment, and commercial impact.
  • Support portfolio planning and contribute to long-term product and platform strategy.

Customer Discovery & Market Insight

  • Lead customer discovery, user research, and validation activities to gain deep insight into customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry participants to ensure product decisions are informed by real-world needs.
  • Analyse market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Translate customer, market, and business insights into clear product opportunities and strategic recommendations.

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with product strategy and desired outcomes.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that provide clarity to delivery teams.
  • Work closely with UX, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and provide ongoing product direction and business context to development teams.
  • Support product releases, adoption activities, and successful go-to-market execution.

Value Realisation & Performance

  • Define and monitor product success metrics, using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Own product outcomes, including customer adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and business performance.
  • Incorporate commercial considerations, including revenue opportunities, pricing, and profitability, into product decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, operational efficiency, and overall product effectiveness.

Stakeholder Leadership & Collaboration

  • Align customers, stakeholders, and senior leaders around product priorities, roadmap decisions, and strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, interviews, and collaborative design activities.
  • Act as the primary product advocate, ensuring customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements are balanced effectively.
  • Ensure delivered solutions for product portfolio remain aligned with organisational goals, regulatory obligations, and evolving market needs.

Required Experience

  • 3–7+ years of experience in Product Management, or a related role, within a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering products or features from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Experience contributing to product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization based on customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, customer research, user testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience using product analytics and performance metrics to measure success and inform product improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple business functions and influence decision-making at various organizational levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing competing priorities and making informed trade-off decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Experience (Optional)

  • Experience working in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, cybersecurity, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience launching B2B and/or B2C digital products.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
