* Du hast Freude am telefonischen Outbound-Vertrieb und verkaufst gerne Business- und Solutionprodukte

* Du betreust bestehende Businesskund_innen telefonisch, erkennst deren Potenziale und entwickelst sie durch gezielte Beratung und bedarfsgerechte Lösungen weiter

* Du bringst Erfahrung im Vetrieb mit (vorzugsweise B2B Bereich)

* Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und nutzt Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale, um nachhaltigen Mehrwert für deine Kund_innen zu schaffen

Dein Profil

* Du hast keine Scheu Menschen aktiv anzusprechen und überzeugst durch deine positive, optimistische Art und deinen Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen

* Du lebst digital und kannst dieses Mindset an unsere Kund_innen weitergeben

* Du beherrscht fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und hast mindestens einen Pflichtschulabschluss
