Zur Verstärkung seines Headquarters suchen wir ab sofort eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit. 1 Head of Accounting AT & DE (all genders)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Die Steuerung der gesamten Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Anlagen-, Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Bankbuchhaltung

* Die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Steuerberatung

* Die fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des Buchhaltung-Teams (drei Direct Reports) sowie dessen gezielte Weiterentwicklung

* Federführende Rolle bei der Umstellung der Buchhaltung auf ein neues System

* Vorantreiben von Projekten im Rechnungswesen, insbesondere zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen

* Kompetente Ansprechperson für buchhalterische Fragen im gesamten Unternehmen

* Zusammenarbeit mit dezentralen Einheiten und Übernahme länderübergreifender Aufgaben in der Unternehmensgruppe

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalter-Prüfung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im UGB

* Erfahrung mit weiteren Rechnungslegungsstandards (z.B. HGB, IFRS, US-GAAP) und komplexen Konzernstrukturen von Vorteil

* Prozessverständnis, um Prozesse stetig zu verbessern, zu dokumentieren und aufzusetzen

* Freude an der Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams

* Erfahrung mit dezentralen Organisationen aber auch mit länderübergreifenden Aufgaben in einem Konzernumfeld

* BMD-Kenntnisse wünschenswert und mit anderen ERP-Systemen sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse

* Seouveräne Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse

* Proaktive Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

* Strukturiertes, genaues Arbeiten mit Blick für das große Ganze

* Hands-on-Mentalität und lösungsorientiertes Denken

* Reisebereitschaft (5-10%)
