* Du bist erste/r Ansprechpartner_in für Kund_innen und unterstützt sie bei Fragen

* Du informierst Kunden über Neuerungen und spezielle Angebote

* Du bearbeitest telefonische und schriftliche Kundenanfragen zu Produkten und Lösungen

* Du berätst unsere Kund_innen bei der Auswahl von Produkten, sowie neue Features aus unserer eitrechenden Angebotspalette

* Du bist bei Firmenevents und Veranstaltungen vor Ort und unterstützt Kund_innen mit Informationen und persönlicher Beratung

* Du hast die Verantwortung über die Dokumentation aller Kund_innenkontakte und Abläufe in unserem CRM-System CCA

Dein Profil:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung

* Du hast fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Du bringst sichere Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeiten mit

* Du hast bereits Versicherungskenntnisse udn mit der Software CCA gearbeitet

* Du besitzt grundlegendes IT-Verständnis und verfügst über sichere MS Office Kenntnisse
