Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Schriftliche und telefonische Betreuung bestehender Kund:innen sowie aktiver Vertrieb unserer Produkte (Formulare, Etiketten, Bücher).

* Sie verantworten die Angebotserstellung und Auftragsabwicklung sowie die eigenverantwortliche Koordination mit unseren Lieferant:innen.

* Verantwortung der Lager- und Versandabteilung: Nachbestellung aller Waren und Verpackungsmaterialien, Übernahme und Kontrolle der gelieferten Waren, jährliche Inventur.

* Sie übernehmen die Führungsverantwortung für unsere Versandmitarbeiterin und vertreten diese während ihres Urlaubs.

Ihr Profil

* Sie übernehmen Verantwortung und telefonieren sehr gerne, treffen selbstständige Entscheidungen, packen auch selbst mal an und besitzen eine proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise!

* Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und eine mehrjährige Arbeitserfahrung im direkten Kund:innenkontakt. Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Zoll und Spedition sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

* Sie überzeugen durch sicheres Auftreten und ein gutes Maß an Verhandlungsgeschick.

* Souveräne Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse zeichnen Sie aus.

Wir bieten

* Einen Arbeitsplatz in einem kleinen und motivierten Team mit einem zentralen Dienstort im Herzen Wiens.

* Kernarbeitszeiten: Montag bis Donnerstag von 07:30 bis 16:00 Uhr und Freitag von 07:30 bis 12:30 Uhr (keine Homeoffice-Möglichkeit).

* Eine herausfordernde und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit breitem Aufgabenspektrum in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld.

* Die Entlohnung für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag Handel für 38,5 Stunden € 2.656,- brutto (Gruppe D/4-6 Jahre Vordienstzeiten), wobei das tatsächliche Entgelt von der Qualifikation und Erfahrung abhängig ist.
