Ihre Aufgaben:

* Kundenservice (Privat und Geschäftskunden)

* Telefondienst (Zentrale)

* Fakturierung

* Post Versand

* Auftragseingabe

* Kundenberatung per Telefon & Mail

* Reklamationsmanagement

Ihre Fähigkeiten/Anforderungen:

* Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Auftragsbearbeitung sowie am Telefon

* MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)

* Teamfähigkeit

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten (nach der Einarbeitungsphase)

* Zeitlich flexibel

* Wirtschaftliches Denken wäre wünschenswert

* Kundenorientiertheit

* Freundlichkeit

* Präsenzdienst abgeleistet
