Du vil blive en del af en afdeling som ved stillings start er bestående af 11 borgere og 6 aflastningspladser. Dette vil dog blive revurderet løbende, da vi som følge af det nye region-øst er i gang med en større omstrukturering i afdelingen. Beboerne i afdelingen har alle forskellige somatiske og psykiske udfordringer, men fælles er at de har behov for støtte og tryghed i deres hverdag, gennem hele døgnet. Du vil komme til at arbejde sammen med nattevagterne på de øvrige afdelinger på Kærbo.

Vi søger en kollega som:

  • Er uddannet enten SSA.
  • Som har en åben tilgang til udfordringer og ukendte arbejdsopgaver.
  • Som er fleksibel og gerne giver en ekstra hånd når en kollega har behov for hjælp.
  • Som formår at skabe ro og overblik i hektiske vagter og komplekse forløb
  • Som meget gerne har en bred klinisk erfaring.
  • Meget gerne har erfaring med dokumentation i Cura.

Herudover har vi to daghjem og et aktivitetscenter som alle er samlet under én ledelse, hvilket giver mulighed for at skabe de bedste muligheder for både borgere og medarbejdere. Vi arbejder kontinuerligt mod at understøtte borgernes mulighed for at aktivt, sundt og meningsskabende liv, med udgangspunkt i værdier som værdighed, loyalitet, indlevelsesevne, ligeværdighed sund fornuft og gensidig respekt.

Stillingen ønskes besat pr. 1/1/27 og der afholdes løbende samtaler.
