Responsável por apoiar a Gerência Médica no desenvolvimento e fortalecimento do relacionamento entre a instituição de saúde e o corpo clínico, promovendo comunicação eficiente, apoio às demandas médicas e contribuindo para a satisfação, fidelização e integração dos profissionais médicos com a organização.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o cadastro de profissionais do corpo clínico, administra as escalas de retaguarda dos especialistas e auxiliar nas rotinas administrativas relacionadas ao fluxo de trabalho como atualização de dados cadastrais;Cadastro médico e definição de privilégios conforme instituído na Política SQE;Conferência da produção médica e elaboração do processo para pagamento das empresas médicas;Organizar e acompanhar reuniões, eventos e ações institucionais voltadas ao corpo clínico;Apoiar a Gerência Médica em pesquisas e elaboração de protocolos junto ao corpo clínico;Apoiar no levantamento de dados envolvendo a interação com os médicos (ouvidoria, notificação de eventos adversos, produção e pagamento);Apoiar nas questões do dia a dia relacionadas ao contato com as empresas médicas, medicamentos e ajustes de processos, bem como notificações das mais diversas, dos problemas técnicos aos comportamentais;Apoiar iniciativas de expansão de serviços e captação de novos especialistas;Apoiar para que as políticas institucionais e normas internas sejam devidamente comunicadas ao corpo clínico;Ser um canal de comunicação entre o corpo clínico e a Diretoria;Receber e acompanhar demandas, sugestões e reclamações dos médicos;Apoiar a integração de novos médicos e a divulgação de normas e protocolos institucionais;Acompanhar e auxiliar com as dificuldades relacionadas a escalas, sistemas, estrutura física, equipamentos e fluxos de atendimento;Monitorar a satisfação dos médicos com os processos e serviços de apoio;Auxiliar nos relatórios periódicos de demandas, estáticas médicas, prazos, resolutividade e principais problemas identificados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Gestão Hospitalar, Enfermagem ou áreas afinsExperiência no relacionamento/atendimento prestadores de serviços preferencialmente profissionais médicos;Desejável Experiência em relacionamento institucional, atendimento corporativo ou área hospitalar;Desejável Conhecimento da dinâmica de funcionamento de hospitais e corpo clínico;Domínio de pacote Office (principalmente Excel e PowerPoint).Compromisso com paciente e Cliente, Protagonismo Colaborativo, Foco em qualidade e segurança, Visão Sistêmica, Atuação inovadoraInformações adicionaisBenefícios são: Vale Transporte, Alimentação Conforme Convenção, Assistência médica (coparticipação), Assistência odontológica (optativa) e Seguro de Vida.Horário de Trabalho: 08:00 às 17:00 horas - 5x2Local de Trabalho: Mogi da Cruzes
