The posting

THE ROLE Accounting supervisor supports the management and supervision of the accounting department. This includes overseeing the work of accountants, reviewing financial statements, and preparing reports for upper management. They may also develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS · To coordinate with auditors and prepare sub-reports on income tax filing. · To report financial results to top managers on schedule, including kinds of monthly/quarterly/yearly reports · To post JE and coordinate/communicate with related parties to monitor business transactions are well-processed. · To handle credit survey for customers. · To handle PD/BI insurance policy renewal and related affairs. · To forecast cash balance to meet payment schedule and IC’s demand, as well as to follow up AR collection on schedule · Incoming tax filing - make sure on-time schedule for income tax filing and withholding tax filing. · Financial report prepare - Month end closing, quarter/year-end closing, monitor postings are complied with internal control policy & GAAP · Auditor report -PBC List Prepare Quarterly report and report to US Corporate · Footnote Package Prepare then report to Asia and US Corporate · Prepare weekly rolling cash forecast report. · Review /calculate or follow up the process of sales commission and rebate, as well as IC royalty. · To check JE postings on accrual and prepaid amortization items · To review vouchers to monitor transactions are properly classified & summarized to the proper accounts with adequate supporting documentations. · To check fixed asset accounting on the approved AR, depreciation, acquisition, disposal. · To process IC debit/credit notes and purchasing of FG, · To process payroll accounting, such payroll expense accrual, payroll check, reconciliation, etc · To maximum company benefits via well-communication with outside professional experts on legal affairs, tax issues, insurance,etc · Credit Survey for specific customer apply survey request to service company. · PD/BI insurance renewal provide data for insurance renewal each year QUALIFICATIONS · College or University graduated, major in accounting. · CPA firm working experience over 3-years priority of admission. · Minimum 5 years related experience and 3-year Chief or Supervisor is plus, · Well knowledge on internal control and SAP FICO system, familiar with PC operation, Excel, Word and E-mail will be essential · English writing, reading and speaking capabilities will be a plus · Have capability to coordinate staff’s workload and closing schedules. · Have good communication sill and able to work independently. · Experience in SAP practice and familiar with PC operation, Excel, Word and E-mail will be essential.
