In dieser Rolle übernimmst du eine zentrale Position: Du betreust ein eigenes Kundenportfolio, entwickelst deren Umgebungen aktiv weiter und sorgst dafür, dass aus Anforderungen nachhaltige Lösungen entstehen. Was diese Rolle besonders macht Verantwortung für ein eigenes Kundenportfolio mit direktem Impact Kombination aus Operations, Engineering und Kundenarbeit Möglichkeit, aktiv Standards, Prozesse und Automatisierungen mitzugestalten Einsatz moderner Technologien inkl. KI im täglichen Betrieb Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Kunden auf Augenhöhe Was dich bei uns erwartet Lead Engineer Rolle für dein Kundenportfolio Technische Hauptverantwortung für zugewiesene Kunden (inkl. Stellvertretung) Ganzheitliche Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Umgebungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und Service Management zur ganzheitlichen Betreuung der Kunden Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen Analyse, Priorisierung und nachhaltige Lösung von Incidents, Requests und Changes Strukturierte Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting über mehrere Systemebenen hinweg Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität und stabilen Kundenumgebungen Direkter Austausch beim Kunden vor Ort Gelegentliche Einsätze direkt beim Kunden Einblick in die reale Nutzung der IT-Umgebungen im Arbeitsalltag Möglichkeit, Lösungen direkt im Kundenkontext zu verstehen und weiterzuentwickeln Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung & Automatisierung Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in Kundenumgebungen und Prozessen Standardisierung von wiederkehrenden Abläufen Automatisierung zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität Einsatz von KI im Operations-Alltag Identifikation von KI-Use-Cases in der Ticketbearbeitung und im Betrieb Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungen mit Unterstützung von KI Aktive Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsweise im Team durch neue Technologien Projekte Mitarbeit in Projekten und eigenständige Umsetzung von Teilprojekten Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Lösungen und Services Was du mitbringst Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (Systemtechnik / Plattformentwicklung) Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Operations- oder System Engineering Umfeld Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Technologien (M365, Azure) und Infrastruktur Erfahrung im Troubleshooting und im Umgang mit komplexen Systemlandschaften Erste Erfahrungen in Automatisierung, Standardisierung und neuen Technologien (z.B KI) Kundenorientiertes Denken und klare Kommunikation Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Führerausweis Kategorie B Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Was wir bieten Ein Umfeld, in dem du Verantwortung übernehmen und mitgestalten kannst Spannende und vielfältige Kundenumgebungen Ein Team mit starkem Zusammenhalt und aktivem Wissensaustausch Raum für fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung Moderne Arbeitsweise mit Flexibilität und Eigenverantwortung Interessiert?Jetzt Bewerben Wir freuen uns auf dich!Wir legen grossen Wert auf den direkten Austausch und berücksichtigen bevorzugt Direktbewerbungen.
