iSpot competes for the best talent. Our compensation packages consist of salary and equity in one of Seattle’s hottest start-ups, as well as other standard benefits. Most importantly, we provide a really interesting working experience, and the chance to contribute to the success of something great.

What You’ll Be Part Of:

iSpot is transforming the way brands, agencies, and publishers measure and optimize TV advertising. As the industry's leading cross-platform TV measurement company, we helping over 450 blue-chip advertisers understand not only what was seen, but who saw it, what impact it had, and how campaigns can be optimized in real time to improve business outcomes.

We're looking for a Vice President of Agency Partnerships to build and lead a new strategic function focused on deepening iSpot's relationships with the world's leading media agencies. This executive will serve as the senior agency evangelist for iSpot's suite of measurement and optimization solutions, driving education, adoption, and strategic partnerships that expand agency usage across our platform with an AI-first approach.

This is a highly visible leadership role that sits at the intersection of sales, product, marketing, and customer success. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable shaping executive-level partnerships, educating agency teams on complex measurement and optimization capabilities, influencing product direction, and developing scalable programs that accelerate adoption.

Responsibilities:

Build a New Strategic Function

  • Establish and lead iSpot's Agency Partnerships function from the ground up.
  • Develop the vision, operating model, and engagement strategy for agency partnerships.
  • Create scalable programs that increase agency awareness, education, and utilization of iSpot solutions.
  • Build the roadmap for expanding the function as adoption and agency partnerships grow.

Evangelize iSpot's Measurement Leadership

  • Serve as iSpot's executive ambassador to holding companies, independent agencies, and agency leadership.
  • Educate agency executives, planning teams, investment organizations, and analytics groups on the value of iSpot's creative, audience, outcome, and cross-platform measurement capabilities.
  • Represent iSpot at industry events, client meetings, executive briefings, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Become the trusted measurement and optimization expert for agency partners.

Drive Platform Adoption

  • Increase agency-driven usage of iSpot's Brand Measurement products across existing and prospective advertisers.
  • Identify opportunities to embed iSpot into agency planning, buying, optimization, and reporting workflows.
  • Develop partnership models that encourage broader adoption across agency networks and client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate product utilization and long-term growth.
  • It’s critical that candidates are knowledgeable and adept at facilitating AI-based solutions into agency tooling and processes.

Lead the Next Generation of Media Optimization

A critical priority for this role will be accelerating adoption of iSpot's growing Optimization suite.

Working closely with agencies, brands, and internal product teams, you will educate the market on how iSpot's audience and outcome insights can be leveraged to optimize publisher-direct and DSP media investments in real time. You'll help agencies evolve beyond measurement into continuous performance optimization, enabling smarter media decisions throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Influence Product Strategy

  • Serve as the voice of agencies within iSpot.
  • Provide market feedback that shapes product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure agency needs are reflected in future innovation.
  • Help develop agency-focused messaging, enablement, and commercial offerings.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience working with agencies within the TV measurement, advertising technology, programmatic media, audience measurement, or media analytics ecosystem.
  • Deep relationships with agency holding companies, independent agencies, and media investment leaders.
  • Strong understanding of modern media buying, audience measurement, attribution, and optimization.
  • Experience helping agencies adopt new technology platforms and measurement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and product adoption.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Exceptional executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new programs, teams, or functions.
  • Passion for transforming how advertising effectiveness is measured and optimized.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in television, streaming, digital video, programmatic advertising, DSPs, or advertising technology.
  • Familiarity with outcome-based measurement, incrementality, attribution, or media mix measurement.
  • Experience bringing emerging advertising technologies to market through agency partnerships.
  • Existing relationships across major agency holding companies and independent agency groups.

Additional Notes:

The advertising industry is rapidly shifting from measuring campaigns after they run to optimizing them while they're in flight. Agencies are at the center of that transformation.

As Vice President of Agency Partnerships, you will play a foundational role in defining how agencies engage with iSpot, accelerating adoption of our market-leading measurement capabilities while helping shape the industry's next generation of real-time optimization. You'll have the opportunity to build a new function, influence product strategy, and establish partnerships that drive meaningful value for agencies, advertisers, and the broader television ecosystem.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
