Har du et skarpt blik for detaljer og brænder du for at levere service i topklasse? Så er du måske vores nye kollega! ISS søger både fuldtidsejendomsfunktionærer og afløsere til vores Site Service Team hos en større pharmakunde i Hillerød.

Dine opgaver – der hvor du gør en forskel

Som vores nye ejendomsfunktionær/handyman bliver du en del af vores lokale Site Service team på i alt 15 medarbejdere, som samlet set er ansvarlig for at levere en super service og assistance til vores kunde.

Dine arbejdsopgaver spænder bredt, men omfatter hovedsageligt:

  • Lettere reparationer og samling af kontormøbler m.m
  • Interne flytninger samt bordopstillinger
  • Opsætning af whiteboards og andre lettere håndværksmæssige opgaver
  • Og meget andet ad hoc
  • Mindre vedligeholdelses opgaver af bygninger

Stillingen er på 37 timer ugentligt, og arbejdstiden ligger mandag–torsdag fra kl. 07.00–15.00 og fredag fra kl. 07.00–14.30.

Hvem er du?

  • Har erfaring med ejendomsserviceopgaver og gerne indenfor bygningsdrift
  • Er serviceminded med fokus på kunden og sætter en ære i kvalitet
  • IT-kunnen til hverdagsbrug
  • Kan kommunikere på dansk og engelsk på skrift og i tale
  • Uddannet ejendomsservicetekniker er en fordel eller lignende erfaring
  • Gerne erfaring fra Pharmaindustrien

Du sætter en ære i at yde en god service overfor såvel kunder som kolleger, udviser selvstændighed, ansvarsfølelse og fleksibilitet og sikre at opgaverne bliver fulgt til dørs. Du er imødekommende og kontaktsøgende og kan navigere på alle organisatoriske niveauer samt kommunikerer på tværs af faglighed.
