ISS søger:

Medarbejder til rengøring, der skal varetage følgende steder i Rønne:

  • Skattestyrelsen, Munch Petersens Vej 8, 3700 Rønne
  • Fødevarestyrelsen, Munch Petersens Vej 8, 3700 Rønne
  • Familieretshuset, Østre Ringvej 1, 3700 Rønne

Medarbejderen skal kunne arbejde på tværs af disse lokationer i Rønne.

Man arbejder i tidsrummet 7-11 eller 8-12, mandag til fredag. Dvs., at det bliver 20 timer ugentligt.

Arbejdsopgaver

  • Dagligt tilsyn med bygninger og tekniske installationer
  • Håndtering af fejlmeldinger og mindre reparationer
  • Drift, kontrol og opfølgning på tekniske anlæg
  • Koordinering og opfølgning på eksterne håndværkere og leverandører
  • Flytte- og interne serviceopgaver
  • Mindre vedligeholdelsesopgaver
  • Dokumentation og opfølgning på arbejdsordrer
  • Kontakt med kunder og brugere af bygningerne
  • Sikring af en stabil og velfungerende daglig drift på lokationerne

Vi forventer, at kandidaten:

  • Er praktisk anlagt og løsningsorienteret
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar for egne opgaver
  • Har erfaring med teknisk service, drift eller vedligeholdelse af bygninger
  • Har gode samarbejds- og kommunikationsevner
  • Har kørekort (B)

Stillingen omfatter primært drift, tilsyn og vedligeholdelse af statslige ejendomme på Bornholm.
