**Ce qui vous attend**

* Analyser et qualifier les besoins des clients (Visites de sites, documents appel d'offres) et entretiens avec les différentes parties prenantes * Réaliser le calcul des besoins opérationnels et techniques nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des prestations * Évaluer les ressources humaines, techniques et financières requises pour répondre aux attentes du client * Concevoir et structurer des solutions intégrées répondant aux enjeux de performance, d'expérience utilisateur, de durabilité et de maîtrise des coûts * Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles, techniques, RH, Achats, ce afin de garantir la faisabilité et la pertinence des solutions proposées * Elaborer la construction des offres commerciales, business cases et réponses aux appels d'offres * Présenter et défendre les solutions auprès des clients et accompagner les phases de clarification * Assurer une veille des tendances du marché et identifier les meilleures pratiques afin d'enrichir les propositions * Prospection et echerche de nouveaux clients * Utilisation et gestion des outils internes de reporting commerciaux (CRM) et communication (M365 et Teams) et conception d'offres (Word, PPT et Copilot)

**Ce que vous apportez**

* Formation supérieure (Master) idéalement en Facility Management, technique bâtiment, Économie, ou domaine équivalent * Expérience dans le conseil, le Facility Management, les services aux entreprises ou un environnement B2B complexe * Expérience confirmée au sein du marché Suisse Romand * Forte orientation sur le travail en équipe * Excellente capacité d'analyse et aptitude à traduire un besoin client en solution opérationnelle * Maîtrise des calculs de dimensionnement, d'évaluation des ressources et d'élaboration de business cases * Aisance dans la gestion de projets transverses et dans les interactions avec des interlocuteurs clients de haut niveau, capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelles en français et en anglais * Esprit structuré, orienté résultats et sens développé du service client * Capacité à combiner approche stratégique et pragmatisme opérationnel * Talent pour identifier les besoins parfois non exprimés des clients * Faculté à construire des solutions innovantes tout en garantissant leur faisabilité économique et opérationnelle * Sens du détail tout en conservant une vision globale des enjeux du client
