* Mise-en-Place und Durchführen von Frühstücks- und Lunch-Veranstaltungen sowie Apéros * Begrüssung, Empfang und Betreuung von Kunden, Gästen und Besuchern * Badgeverwaltung und -Ausgabe * Bewirtschaften der Räumlichkeiten und Sitzungszimmer im Kunden- und Mitarbeiterbereich * Getränke- und Materialbestellungen * Kontrollieren und Pflegen der Teeküchen * Allgemeine Reinigungsarbeiten in der Küche und Cafeteria * Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Sitzungszimmer-Service, Housekeeping, Back of House und Kunden

**Das bringst Du mit**

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gastronomie, Catering oder Hotellerie * Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office) * Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise * Hohe Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität für Tages- und Abendeinsätze * Einwandfreier Leumund
