Stundenausmaß: 38,5 Wochenstunden

Für die Betreuung unserer Großkunden im Raum Linz suchen wir einen engagierte_n Supervisor_in in Vollzeit, der mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, Organisationstalent und ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz unsere Dienstleistungen vor Ort sicherstellt.

In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie die Betreuung und Führung größerer Mitarbeiterteams, fungieren als wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und sorgen für eine professionelle Umsetzung unserer Serviceleistungen. Dabei koordinieren Sie das operative Tagesgeschäft, stellen Qualitätsstandards sicher, unterstützen Ihre Mitarbeiter im Arbeitsalltag und lösen Herausforderungen selbstständig, rasch und lösungsorientiert.

Sie stehen in engem Austausch mit Ihren Vorgesetzten, bringen eigene Ideen zur Optimierung von Prozessen ein und übernehmen Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in Ihrem Betreuungsbereich. Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kund_innen, Mitarbeiter_innen und Führungskräften tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen zu stärken und ein motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld für Ihre Teams zu schaffen.

Für diese Position suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung im Dienstleistungsbereich, idealerweise in der Gebäudereinigung. Sie verfügen über einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse, einen Führerschein B und überzeugen durch eine selbstständige, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Der Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern fällt Ihnen leicht, Sie bringen Empathie, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Fingerspitzengefühl sowie zeitliche Flexibilität mit und behalten auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick. Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre aussagekräftige Bewerbung.

Der Bruttomonatslohn beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 2.800,00. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
