The posting

ISS International S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un/una Impiegato/a Tecnico-Amministrativo/a di Commessa / Cost Controller da inserire a supporto di attività operative e tecniche presso un importante contesto industriale nell’area di Ravenna.

La risorsa collaborerà quotidianamente con i referenti tecnici, occupandosi principalmente del monitoraggio economico e amministrativo delle commesse, della gestione e verifica dei dati e della documentazione e del supporto nell’espletamento delle procedure aziendali previste per le attività operative.

Requisiti

  • Diploma di Ragioneria, Geometra, Perito Tecnico o titolo affine.
  • Esperienza pregressa in attività amministrative e/o tecnico-amministrative di commessa, preferibilmente maturata in cantieri, società di costruzione, manutenzione, impiantistica o contesti industriali.
  • Esperienza nella gestione o nel monitoraggio di costi di commessa, ordini di lavoro, stime, preventivi e consuntivi.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel, con capacità di gestione, verifica ed elaborazione dei dati.
  • Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e gestionali.
  • Precisione, affidabilità, capacità organizzativa e attitudine a interfacciarsi con personale tecnico.

Costituiscono un plus

  • Esperienza precedente in cantieri o progetti industriali.
  • Familiarità con procedure amministrative e operative strutturate.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di ordini di lavoro, avanzamenti, consuntivazione e documentazione di commessa.
  • Conoscenza di SAP o di altri sistemi ERP.
  • Esperienza pregressa in contesti Oil & Gas / Energy / EPC.
  • Residenza in area Ravenna o zone limitrofe.

Dettagli contrattuali

  • Sede di lavoro: area Ravenna.
  • Modalità di lavoro: prevalentemente in presenza, con possibilità di massimo 2 giornate di smart working al mese, preventivamente concordate.
  • Data di inizio: ottobre 2026.
  • Durata iniziale: 6 mesi, indicativamente fino a marzo 2027, con possibilità di proroga.
  • Tipologia contrattuale: Tempo Determinato.
  • Orario di lavoro: 8 ore al giorno, 5 giorni a settimana.

Retribuzione iniziale / fascia retributiva prevista: RAL indicativa compresa tra €22.000 e €25.000, definita sulla base di esperienza, competenze e inquadramento applicabile, secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.

Potranno inoltre essere valutati ulteriori trattamenti economici accessori e/o indennità, in funzione del profilo professionale, dell’esperienza e delle specifiche condizioni applicabili al progetto.
