Technik begeistert dich? Bei ISS hältst du moderne Gebäude am Laufen. Als Gebäudetechniker:in stellst du sicher, dass elektrotechnische Anlagen oder HLKSE\-Systeme (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär, Elektro) jederzeit einwandfrei funktionieren – für mehr Komfort, Sicherheit und Effizienz.

Das erwartet Dich

  • Du führst eigenverantwortlich Wartungen, Inspektionen und Reparaturen an datacenterspezifischen Kälte\-, Klima\-, Lüftungs\- und Sanitäranlagen durch
  • Du überwachst den Anlagenbetrieb und sicherst eine unterbrechungsfreie Funktion
  • Du planst und koordinierst notwendige Arbeiten in enger Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen und Drittlieferanten
  • Du unterstützt aktiv Neu\- und Umbauprojekte, indem du bei Inbetriebnahmen, integralen Tests und Datenpunktkontrollen mitwirkst
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Checklisten, Rapporte und weitere administrative Unterlagen
  • Du identifizierst proaktiv Optimierungspotenziale und setzt diese um
  • Du setzt die geltenden Arbeits\-, Sicherheits\- und Umweltvorschriften konsequent um
  • Du pflegst aktiv Kundenbeziehungen und steigerst durch offene Kommunikation die Kundenzufriedenheit

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bringst einen eidgenössisch anerkannten Berufsabschluss im HLKKS\-System mit und erweiterst idealerweise dein Fachwissen in Steuerungstechnik oder Gebäudeleitsystemen
  • Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Betrieb, Unterhalt und der Montage gebäudetechnischer Anlagen, idealerweise im Datacenterumfeld
  • Du zeigst Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung, insbesondere zur Erlangung der NIV 15 und Schaltberechtigung
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und bringst innovative Lösungsansätze ein
  • Du kommunizierst offen, pflegst Kundenbeziehungen und förderst aktiv den Teamgeist
  • Du nutzt MS\-Office\-Anwendungen sicher und beherrschst Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Du ergänzt dein Profil idealerweise durch Erfahrung in der Automation sowie solide Englischkenntniss
