\- Du unterstützt die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von internen und externen Events. \- Du sorgst bei nationalen und regionalen Veranstaltungen vor Ort für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und packst bei Bedarf auch ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten mit an. \- Die Organisation von Reisen und Hotelbuchungen übernimmst du selbstständig, effizient und vorausschauend. \- Im abwechslungsreichen Tagesgeschäft unterstützt du die Persönliche Assistentin des CEO in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen. \- Für eine optimale Ausstattung des CEO Office verantwortest du Bestellungen sowie das Management des Büromaterials. \- Spezialaufträge für das CEO Office koordinierst und erledigst du eigenverantwortlich und unkompliziert. \- Als Stellvertretung der Event Managerin ISS Schweiz sowie der Personal Assistant des CEO stellst du auch bei Abwesenheiten einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.

\- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Handelsdiplom und bringst idealerweise eine mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Events, Hospitality, Tourismus oder in der gehobenen Gastronomie mit. \- Organisationstalent und Freude daran, unterschiedliche Aufgaben eigenständig zu koordinieren, zeichnen dich aus. \- Eine ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung ist für dich selbstverständlich. \- Du überzeugst durch eine proaktive, unkomplizierte und lösungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität. \- Auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld bleibst du flexibel und behältst bei kurzfristigen Anfragen den Überblick. \- Mit deiner selbstständigen, strukturierten und sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft. \- Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zählen zu deinen persönlichen Stärken. \- Du trittst jederzeit sicher, professionell und gewinnend auf. \- Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
