ISS kan tilbyde et job, hvor du indgår i både udførelsen af den daglige serviceleverance, samt varetage ledelsesmæssige opgaver og tilsyn af medarbejdere. Det er din fornemmeste opgave at sikre, at det daglige arbejde udføres til tiden og til en kvalitet, der efterlever kundens forventninger.

Du bliver, i stillingen som tilsynsførende, også ansvarlig for at lede og motivere medarbejdere, samt planlægge og koordinere den daglige rengøring. Det vil være dig, som står for materialestyring og lettere administrative opgaver, samt instruktion af nye medarbejdere i midler, metoder, ergonomi og arbejdsmiljø.

Der kan være mange veje til jobbet, men vi ser helst at du kan krydse nedenstående af:

  • Du har erfaring med rengøring
  • Det er et krav for ansættelse, at du har kørekort B
  • Er god til at motivere og vise vejen for andre
  • Er serviceminded, imødekommende og samarbejdsorienteret
  • Du er god til at arbejde selvstændigt og i teams
  • Du har gåpåmod og kan tage eget initiativ
  • Du er god til bevare overblikket, selv i travle situationer
  • Du er fleksibel, omstillingsparat, og kan lide at have mange bolde i luften
  • Du er mødestabil og klar til at yde en ekstra indsats
  • Du er kvalitetsbevidst og har et godt overblik
  • Du har gode kommunikations- og formidlingsevner på både dansk og engelsk, både i tale og på skrift

Stillingen er på 37 timer ugentligt, hvoraf 4 timer er praktisk og 3 timer er tilsyn. Arbejdstiden vil ligge i dag timerne, med møde tid kl. 05.00, der vil være weekend arbejde.
