Lederrolle med ansvar for kontorrengøring og GMP rengøring

Vi tilbyder et job, hvor du får ansvar for at lede, motivere og supportere dine medarbejdere, så I sammen kan sikre en professionel leverance til kunden. Som Service Manager er du ansvarlig for den daglige kundekontakt, vagtplanlægning, lønadministration, materialeindkøb og økonomistyring. Derudover er det også dit ansvar at sikre et godt og sikkert arbejdsmiljø for dine medarbejdere, hvor alle får korrekt instruktion i anvendelse af midler og metoder samt udfører arbejdet på bedste ergonomiske vis.

Stillingen er på 37 timer om ugen, og vil være placeret i hverdagene i nattetimerne, hvor mødetiderne er fra ca. kl. 22.00-06.00.

Din profil

Du er en synlig og tydelig leder, der skaber trivsel, engagement og høj kvalitet i leverancen. Dette gør du ved at være til stede, sikre den gode dialog og koordinere den daglige drift, så alle medarbejdere ved, hvad de skal udføre. Vi arbejder ligeledes med faste rengøringsplaner.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har erfaring fra en lignende rolle i en kompleks og reguleret organisation – gerne pharma
  • Har erfaring med rengøringspersonale samt motivering af medarbejdere
  • Er fleksibel, omstillingsparat og trives med flere opgaver af gangen
  • Er kvalitetsbevidst og har et godt overblik
  • Har gode kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk

Derudover er det et krav at du trives med at arbejde om natten, da det er her, dine medarbejdere udfører deres opgaver.
