Så er det måske dig, vi søger som vores nye tekniske koordinator og lokalt forankret håndværker.

Hvad kan vi tilbyde dig?

Som teknisk koordinator har du ansvar for den daglige tekniske drift på kundens hovedlokation beliggende i Ballerup. Du bliver husets daglige ansvarlige i forhold til daglig drift og vedligehold indenfor teknik og handymandydelser.

Din rolle består i, at sikre en stabil og effektiv drift af bygningen gennem god opgavehåndtering og -koordinering. Deraf medfølgende administration og kommunikation, kontakt med underleverandører samt ved selv at gå forrest i opgaveløsningen og den tekniske udførelse.

Sammen med vores Tekniske Chef fungerer du som bindeled mellem ISS og underleverandører. Du sørger for koordination af ad-hoc vedligehold samt opfølgning på de faste vedligeholdelsesplaner, i samarbejde med de mange håndværkere som tilgår huset. Derudover løser ISS selv en bred vifte af handymandrelaterede opgaver i huset. Det dit ansvar at sikre, at disse opgaver bliver løst professionelt, rettidigt og i overensstemmelse med aftalte serviceniveauer.

Stillingen er på 30 eller 37 timer ugentligt - dette er afhængigt af, hvad der passer den rette kandidat bedst.

Dine ansvarsområder

  • I samarbejde med kollegaer at udføre de handymandopgaver ISS selv har ansvar for i bygningen
  • Daglig koordinering og kontakt til håndværkere
  • Kontakt med underleverandører og øvrige tekniske kompetencer i ISS
  • Daglig drift og overvågning af BMS og CTS systemer
  • Dialog med kunder om opgaver og løsninger herpå
  • Planlægning og opfølgning af serviceleverancen
  • Koordinering med interne og eksterne samarbejdspartnere
  • Bidrage til optimering af processer og tekniske løsninger

Hvem er du?

Vi søger en person med håndværksmæssige evner, teknisk indsigt, gode samarbejdsevner, erfaring med koordinering af opgaver samt flair for kundeservice/kundekontakt. Du har erfaring med at arbejde i en driftsorganisation og trives i en rolle, hvor du både har ansvar for mennesker, systemer og relationer. Du er struktureret, løsningsorienteret og har en naturlig evne til at skabe tillid.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Teknisk uddannelse er en fordel men ikke et krav
  • Har erfaring med teknisk drift
  • Er vant til at arbejde med IT systemer/har flair for IT
  • Har gode kommunikative evner – både mundtligt og skriftligt (Dansk & Engelsk)
  • Trives i en hverdag med mange kontaktflader og varierende opgaver
