Har du passion for godt håndværk, og elsker du at nørde med brød, kager og søde fristelser? Så har vi en spændende mulighed til dig, der gerne vil have frihed til at sætte dit eget præg på bageriet og skabe gode smagsoplevelser for vores gæster.

Hos os i Hellerup har vi hver dag ca. 800 gæster i kantinen, og vi går op i at levere madoplevelser af høj kvalitet. Vi brænder for et godt håndværk og gode råvarer, og vi synes, det er sjovt at udvikle nye idéer indenfor både mad, brød, kager og snacks.

Du bliver en del af et større kantineteam på 20 kollegaer og refererer til køkkenchefen. I bageriet vil du stå for det daglige bagværk.

Om jobbet

Som bager hos os får du både ansvar og faglig frihed. Du planlægger din egen produktion og er med til at udvikle sortimentet, så vi løbende kan overraske vores gæster.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være at:

  • Planlægge og strukturere den daglige produktion
  • Bage brød, kager og andre søde produkter af høj kvalitet
  • Udvikle nye produkter og sætte dit eget præg på sortimentet
  • Samarbejde med resten af teamet omkring kantine, café, event og mødeforplejning
  • Bidrage med idéer til, hvordan vi kan udvikle vores tilbud til gæsterne

Hvem er du?

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Er uddannet bager
  • Har erfaring med både brød og kager
  • Har lyst til at tage ansvar for dit eget fagområde
  • Arbejder struktureret og har øje for kvalitet og detaljer
  • Interesserer dig for gode råvarer, økologi og bæredygtighed
  • Trives med at tage selvstændigt ansvar for dit fagområde, samtidig med at du samarbejder tæt med resten af teamet.
  • Har lyst til at udvikle, eksperimentere og bringe nye idéer i spil

Erfaring fra kantine er en fordel, men vigtigst er din faglighed og lysten til at skabe noget, som vores gæster glæder sig til.

Vi tilbyder

Du får en fuldtidsstilling på 37 timer ugentligt med stor faglig frihed og mulighed for at sætte dit eget præg på hverdagen og sortimentet. Arbejdstiden er mandag til fredag kl. 06.00-14.00, og har fri i weekender og på helligdage.

Opstart er snarest muligt.
