Vi søger en tilsynsførende, der trives med at planlægge sin egen dag, tage ansvar og sikre høj kvalitet i rengøringen hos vores kunde. Hos os får du en fleksibel rolle, hvor du både har praktiske opgaver og overblik over rengøringsleverancen.

Som tilsynsførende bliver du en vigtig del af vores rengøringsteam på 5 kollegaer og et større ISS-team på vores kundelokation i Nordhavn. Du får en varieret hverdag med både praktiske rengøringsopgaver og koordinering, og du vil referere til vores Site Manager.

Dine primære opgaver:

  • Føre tilsyn og udføre daglige rengøringsopgaver
  • Sikre rengøring af høj kvalitet
  • Planlægge og koordinere den daglige rengøringsleverance
  • Oplære nye kollegaer i rengøring, arbejdsgange og kvalitetssikring
  • Løntastning og mailhåndtering
  • Håndtere sygemeldinger og finde afløsere eller selv dække ind ved sygdom og ferie

Stillingen er på 37 timer pr. uge mandag til fredag, med mødetid fra kl.04.00-12.00

Opstart er snarest muligt.

Vi forventer, at du:

  • Har flere års erfaring med rengøring
  • Har erfaring som tilsynsførende eller en lignende supervisor-rolle
  • Er fleksibel og omstillingsparat, og kan håndtere flere opgaver samtidigt
  • Har fokus på kvalitet og service
  • Er ansvarsfuld, kan arbejde selvstændigt og strukturere din egen arbejdsdag
  • Har erfaring med lønadministration og Outlook er en fordel
  • Kan kommunikere på dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt
