Nu söker vi en en arbetsledare i däckbranschen.

Att besitta kompetens inom yrket är viktigt, vilket innebär att framförallt ha arbetat med det tidigare alternativt besitta stor erfarenhet av yrket med stort ansvarstagande, meriter kan komma att efterfrågas. Vi vet att erfarenhet av arbetet gör att vi på bästa möjliga sätt kommer in i arbetet samt att alltid ha som mål att leverera det bästa resultatet.

En hel del kundmottagning / kundvård kan ingå i arbetet och självklart personal ansvar som innebär uppföljning, coaching och finns med på plats när det krävs och kunna visa vägen när det behövs.

Det är viktigt att man vet vad man håller på med, gillar att arbeta med folk och eftersträvar efter att få klart arbetet för hela laget med gott resultat och i god tid. Planering, strategi och budget budgetansvar ingår i arbetet som arbetsledare. Då säkerheten och kvalitén är två nycklar för att lyckas som arbetsledare och med viktig egenskap som rätt personlighet sätter också stor vikt i valet av arbetsledare.

Tillsvidareanställning på företaget efter 6 månaders provanställning.

Meriter som vi söker:

  • Arbetsledaregenskaper som stärker din kompetens inom yrket.
  • Ansvarsfördelning med en bra planeringsförmåga.
  • Gillar att arbeta fysiskt, på ett noggrant och ansvarsfullt sätt.
  • Arbetat med bildäck / lastbilsdäck tidigare, alternativt som bilmekaniker.
  • Har någon typ av erfarenhet av att ha arbetat i verkstadsmiljö.
  • Innehar B-körkort då det ofta kan vara ett krav från arbetsgivaren.
  • Gärna har en utbildning som personbilstekniker eller däcktekniker.
