ISS International S.p.A ricerca un Engineering Coordinator per gli uffici di Milano.

Il profilo gestirà e guiderà un team di ingegneria multidisciplinare.

Responsabilità

Essere in grado di generare e autorizzare documenti chiave, inclusi quelli che guidano la strategia ingegneristica e l'implementazione.

Comprendere e gestire l'ambito tecnico.

Garantire che vengano impartite istruzioni per consentire il progresso del lavoro e facilitare l'accordo tra requisiti contrastanti e guidare il percorso da seguire.

Essere in grado di mettere in discussione il metodo di lavoro e i deliverable e garantire che il team di progetto conosca e rispetti l'ambito del progetto.

Sviluppare e gestire gli input ingegneristici per la pianificazione del progetto e guidare il team di ingegneria a rispettare le specifiche, raggiungere le milestone e i KPI.

Garantire che i requisiti per la verifica della progettazione siano identificati, pianificati e dotati delle risorse necessarie.

Garantire che i Sistemi di Gestione della Qualità del progetto supportino la preparazione dei deliverable e il metodo di esecuzione.

Comprendere le problematiche di Salute, Ambiente e Protezione (HSE) del progetto e garantire che vengano gestite correttamente.

Identificare i rischi e implementare le misure di mitigazione.

Requisiti

Laurea Magistrale/Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria con almeno 5 anni di esperienza correlata nell'applicazione delle competenze disciplinari a progetti O&G.

Pregressa esperienza in ingegneria di progetto, prevalentemente in home office.

Esperienza nella gestione ingegneristica, con una certa esperienza in cantiere.

Ampia conoscenza tecnica combinata con eccellenti capacità di leadership.

Familiarità con la sequenza di lavoro, le attività e i risultati attesi per le discipline ingegneristiche in qualsiasi fase del progetto, con conoscenza e comprensione di un contratto.

Il lavoro si svolgerà in modalità ibrida, 60% da remoto e i restanti 40% in presenza.

Orario di lavoro: 8 ore al giorno / 5 giorni alla settimana

Durata: 1 anno rinnovabile

Tipologia contrattuale: assunzione a tempo determinato presso ISS International S.p.A. CCNL applicato: CISAL Terziario Commercio Retribuzione iniziale / fascia retributiva prevista: RAL indicativa compresa tra €25.000 e €35.000. Sono inoltre previsti eventuali trattamenti accessori connessi alla trasferta e/o alla mobilità sul territorio, ove applicabili, secondo le condizioni contrattuali, fiscali e organizzative previste per il progetto.

La retribuzione e gli eventuali trattamenti accessori saranno definiti sulla base di esperienza, competenze, inquadramento applicabile e criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.
