Parts Counter Representative

First Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Butler, WI

Interstate Power Systems is hiring a Parts Counter Representative for our Butler, WI location. In this role, you'll help customers and technicians find the right parts to keep trucks and equipment running while providing outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers and technicians with parts selection and ordering
  • Process parts sales, invoices, and special orders
  • Locate parts using inventory and catalog systems
  • Receive, stock, and organize inventory
  • Work closely with service and sales teams to support customer needs
  • Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in trucks or equipment
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency and attention to detail
  • Previous parts experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
