Deine Aufgaben

  • Übernahme der Funktion des internen Datenschutzbeauftragten & Bestellung gemäß DSGVO / BDSG
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines bereits etablierten Datenschutz-Managementsystem
  • Unterrichtung und Beratung der Geschäftsführung, Fachbereiche, HR und IT zu datenschutzrelevanten Fragestellungen, sowie Überwachung der Einhaltung der Datenschutzvorschriften bei IT-HAUS oder seiner Auftragsverarbeiter
  • Unterstützung bei Datenschutz-Folgeabschätzung (DSFA)
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung interner sowie externer Prüfungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Aufsichtsbehörden
  • Sensibilisierung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit ISB, Legal, IT, HR und Management

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Datenschutzrecht (DSGVO, BDSG)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als interner oder externer Datenschutzbeauftragter oder in vergleichbarer Funktion
  • Verständnis für IT-Zusammenhänge und Unternehmensprozesse wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und pragmatischer Ansatz
  • DSB-Zertifizierung wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

Da unsere aktuelle Datenschutzbeauftragte perspektivisch in anderen Bereichen stärker tätig ​sein wird, suchen wir eine Nachfolge, die in ein etabliertes und strukturiertes Datenschutz-System hineinwächst. Eine strukturierte ​Übergabe ist vorgesehen - die bisherige DSB bleibt im ​Unternehmen ​und als interne Ansprechpartnerin erhalten.

  • Geordnete Einarbeitung und Übergabe inklusive Wissenstransfer vor Bestellung
