Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Defekt- und Reklamationsfällen entlang der gesamten Handelskette (RMA´s und RTV´s)
  • Qualifizierung und Plausibilisierung von Fehlerbeschreibungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kund*innen, Herstellern und internen Fachbereichen
  • Koordination der Kommunikation mit Herstellersupports und Servicepartnern
  • Nachverfolgung von Reparatur-, Austausch- und Garantieprozessen
  • Sicherstellung einer transparenten und termingerechten Fallbearbeitung (SLA)
  • kundenbezogene Assetpflege und Dokumentation im kundeneigenen Ticketsystem

Dein Profil

Hard Skills

  • Kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Reklamationsmanagement oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Technisches Grundverständnis sowie Interesse an IT-Produkten und technischen Zusammenhängen
  • Fähigkeit, Fehlerbeschreibungen zu analysieren und technische Problemstellungen nachvollziehbar zu erfassen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Herstellern, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
  • Erfahrung in der Reklamations- oder Defektabwicklung von Vorteil

  • Analytische Denkweise und Freude daran, Ursachen von Fehlern nachzuvollziehen
