Deine Aufgaben

  • telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung unserer Kund:innen als zentrale Anlaufstelle im Service Desk
  • Aufnahme relevanter Informationen und strukturierte Qualifizierung von Incidents und Service Requests nach definierten Prozessen
  • proaktive Kommunikation mit Kund:innen zu Bearbeitungsständen, Rückfragen und nächsten Schritten
  • Übergabe und Abstimmung mit den technischen Fachbereichen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie der Auftragsdisposition
  • Sichtung und Aufnahme von Monitoring-Meldungen sowie Einleitung definierter Maßnahmen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Wissensdatenbank-Einträgen, Dokumentationen und Asset-Stammdaten

Dein Profil

  • erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk oder Kundenservice
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-, kaufmännischen oder dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für IT-System-Management oder vergleichbar) – gerne auch Berufseinsteiger:innen
  • ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude an der Kommunikation mit Menschen
  • selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an IT-Themen und die Bereitschaft, sich fachlich und technisch weiterzuentwickeln
  • technische Grundkenntnisse sind wünschenswert in:Windows 10 / Windows 11 Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) Active Directory (Benutzer- und Gruppenverwaltung) VPN- und Netzwerkgrundlagen Infrastruktur-, Client- und Druckerhardware
