Er du vild med IT og service, og har du lyst til at arbejde i en IT-afdeling, som tilbyder en udfordrende og spændende hverdag, hvor du er med til at løse IT-opgaver for alle IT-brugere i Randers Kommune? Så er du måske vores kommende IT-supporter elev?

Som IT-supporter elev kommer du til at arbejde med både brugersupport og teknisk support af kommunens IT-brugere. I din elevtid vil du stifte bekendtskab med og blive oplært i mange spændende arbejdsopgaver. Opgaverne består bl.a. af konfiguration, fejlsøgning og rådgivning og support på PC-hardware, Chromebooks, software, netværk, print, mobiltelefoner tablets.

Som elev i IT & Digitalisering bliver du tilknyttet Team IT-service og kommer til at arbejde på både den tidligere Randers Kaserne, hvor IT & Digitalisering holder, men også on-site på skoler og i forvaltningerne. Der er mange spændende opgaver, og du får rig mulighed for at lære arbejdsområderne at kende.

Din profil For at blive IT-supporter elev hos os, skal du have afsluttet og gennemført grundforløbet til IT-supporter.

  • Brænder for at arbejde med IT og yde god service.
  • Har gå-på-mod og er god til at samarbejde.
  • Udviser initiativ og er engageret, opsøgende og nysgerrig.
  • Har gode kommunikative evner
  • Arbejder struktureret og selvstændigt.
  • Er ansvarsbevidst og mødestabil.
  • Trives med nye udfordringer og skiftende opgaver.
  • Har kørekort og adgang til bil

Vi understøtter alle Randers kommunes forvaltninger og institutioner med IT-services. I alt forsyner vi ca. 8.000 medarbejdere og ca. 10.000 folkeskoleelever med IT-arbejdspladser, applikationer og IT-services. Vi er godt 60 ansatte.

Der er tale om en tidsbegrænset stilling i perioden 1. februar 2027 - 31. januar 2029. Lønnen vil blive fastsat efter gældende overenskomst.
