Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een AI Security Engineer (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Brussel.

  • Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract

Voor een uitdagende opdracht binnen een complexe organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een AI Security Engineer. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het integreren van security over de volledige AI-lifecycle. Je beschermt AI-oplossingen, modellen, data en integraties, terwijl je mee bouwt aan een veilige en verantwoorde toepassing van AI binnen de organisatie.

  • Uitvoeren van threat modeling, risicoanalyses en security assessments voor GenAI-, machine learning- en agentic AI-oplossingen
  • Ontwerpen en implementeren van security guardrails rond identity management, least privilege, secrets management, netwerkisolatie, databescherming en prompt security
  • Testen van misbruikscenario’s zoals prompt injection, data-exfiltratie, overmatige rechten, onbetrouwbare output en misbruik van AI-tools of -agents
  • Integreren van securityvereisten in sandboxomgevingen, gateways, ontwikkel- en deploymentpijplijnen, modelbeheer en productieplatformen
  • Mee ontwerpen van security monitoring en incidentresponsprocessen voor AI-componenten
  • Evalueren van leveranciers, modellen, libraries en externe AI-diensten vanuit een security- en risicoperspectief
  • Adviseren van diverse stakeholders over AI-security en ondersteunen van multidisciplinaire besluitvorming
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige en verantwoorde inzet van AI binnen de organisatie

Profiel

  • Aantoonbare ervaring binnen cybersecurity engineering, cloud security, application security, IAM, SOC of DevSecOps
  • Sterk inzicht in de risico’s verbonden aan LLM’s, AI-agents, retrieval-oplossingen en model- en datasupply chains
  • Ervaring met security testing, technische risicoanalyses en het formuleren van concrete verbetermaatregelen
  • Vermogen om innovatieve AI-oplossingen mogelijk te maken met evenwichtige en pragmatische beveiligingsmaatregelen
  • Kennis van GDPR, AI Act, NIS2 of vergelijkbare regelgeving en frameworks
  • Ervaring met het samenwerken binnen multidisciplinaire teams van IT-, business-, security- en architectuurprofielen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om technische concepten begrijpelijk uit te leggen aan verschillende doelgroepen
  • Analytische ingesteldheid en een pragmatische aanpak voor complexe vraagstukken
  • Resultaatgericht en in staat om kwalitatieve opleveringen binnen vooropgestelde deadlines te realiseren
  • Kennis van de publieke sector of ervaring binnen een overheidscontext is een plus
