Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Data Consultant (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Melle.

  • Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract
  • Duurtijd: Lange termijn

Functie

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van het budgetterings- en investeringsplanningsproces, inclusief de verdere digitalisering en centralisatie van budgetgegevens
  • Verzamelen, analyseren en interpreteren van data uit diverse interne en externe bronnen om onderbouwde inzichten te bieden
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak en opvolging van budgetten en meerjareninvesteringsplannen, zowel vanuit technisch als financieel perspectief
  • Adviseren van interne stakeholders bij langetermijnplanning, budgetbeheer en besluitvorming
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders voor de coördinatie en afstemming van budgetprocessen
  • Identificeren en implementeren van optimalisaties en best practices rond databeheer, dataontsluiting en informatieverwerking
  • Ontwikkelen van een centrale data-oplossing door bestaande Excel-gebaseerde processen te migreren naar een databasede omgeving
  • Opzetten van systemen voor historisering en traceerbaarheid van gegevens, wijzigingen, aannames en scenario’s
  • Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij gegevensinvoer, interfaces, bulkverwerkingen en procesoptimalisaties
  • Verzorgen van communicatie, kennisdeling en opleiding rond data- en budgetprocessen
  • Fungeren als facilitator en coördinator om de samenhang tussen informatie, processen en stakeholders te waarborgen
  • Mogelijke betrokkenheid bij de verdere ontwikkeling van gebruikersinterfaces en rapporteringsoplossingen

Profiel

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als BI Consultant of in een gelijkaardige data-gedreven functie
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met data management, databeheer, datamodellering en historisering
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring met dataverwerking en data-analyse via Databricks, Python en Power BI
  • Ervaring met ETL-processen en het opzetten van data-oplossingen
  • Kennis van audit trails, data governance en reporting tools
  • Ervaring met requirementsanalyse is een pluspunt
  • Affiniteit met technische of assetgerelateerde omgevingen is een meerwaarde
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands (CEFR-niveau C2)

Technisch profiel:

  • Sterke kennis van Databricks, Python en Power BI
  • Ervaring met datamodellering, historisering en gegevensarchitectuur
  • Inzicht in data governance, traceerbaarheid en kwaliteitsbeheer van data
  • Bekend met data-integratie, rapportering en analyseprocessen

Persoonlijke competenties:

  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om complexe vraagstukken conceptueel te benaderen
  • Ervaring met informatieanalyse en datapreparatie
  • Kan strategisch en vanuit een helikopterperspectief denken zonder het operationele aspect uit het oog te verliezen
  • Resultaatgericht, proactief en neemt initiatief
  • Flexibel en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamspeler
  • Kan overtuigend communiceren over analytische inzichten en conceptuele oplossingen
