The posting

Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een 2nd Line Support Engineer voor een langdurig project bij een internationale organisatie in Zaventem.

Taken

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-gerelateerde incidenten en service requests.
  • Je analyseert en lost Hardware-, software- en netwerkproblemen op voor eindgebruikers.
  • Je installeert, configureert en onderhoudt laptops en workstations binnen Windows 10- en Windows 11-omgevingen.
  • Je beheert gebruikersaccounts, toegangsrechten en beveiligingsinstellingen binnen Active Directory.
  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt scripts voor automatisering en optimalisatie van IT-processen.
  • Je verzorgt software packaging, deployments en patch management via SCCM.
  • Je ondersteunt en beheert Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)-omgevingen.
  • Je verwerkt incidenten, service requests en wijzigingen via ServiceNow.
  • Je documenteert technische oplossingen en draagt actief bij aan de knowledge base.
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap over kleinere IT-projecten en zorgt voor een succesvolle oplevering.
  • Je beheert IT-assets gedurende hun volledige levenscyclus.
  • Je ondersteunt onboardingactiviteiten door nieuwe medewerkers te voorzien van Hardware, software en toegangen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams, leveranciers en eindgebruikers om optimale IT-dienstverlening te garanderen.

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als Support Engineer, IT Support Engineer of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Sterke ervaring met Active Directory en Windows-omgevingen.
  • Ervaring met Windows scripting en automatisering.
  • Kennis van SCCM voor software deployments en patchbeheer.
  • Ervaring met ServiceNow of een vergelijkbaar ITSM-platform.
  • Ervaring met VDI-omgevingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor jouw opdrachten.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent klantgericht.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.

Pluspunten:

  • Ervaring met Linux (configuratie, scripting en beheer)
  • Kennis van cloudoplossingen zoals Windows 365 of AWS
  • Ervaring met Lean-methodologieën en procesverbetering
  • Certificeringen zoals ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals of CompTIA A+/Network+
