Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Power BI Coach (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Brussel.

  • Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract
  • Duurtijd: Lange termijn

Functie

  • Power BI-gebruik binnen de organisatie stimuleren en de zelfstandigheid van gebruikers verhogen.
  • Gebruikers coachen en begeleiden bij het gebruik van Power BI, afgestemd op hun kennisniveau en behoeften.
  • Demo’s, webinars, workshops en opleidingen organiseren en geven.
  • Opleidingsmateriaal ontwikkelen en onderhouden en toekomstige coaches opleiden.
  • De Power BI-community ondersteunen, gebruikersfeedback verzamelen en best practices delen.
  • Gebruikers begeleiden bij het ontdekken en toepassen van nieuwe Power BI-functionaliteiten.
  • Gerichte ondersteuning bieden bij specifieke vragen en problemen.
  • Power BI-rapporten, dashboards, semantische modellen en herbruikbare componenten ontwikkelen en optimaliseren.
  • Datamodellen, datatransformaties en rapporten verbeteren met aandacht voor kwaliteit en performantie.
  • Meewerken aan het Power BI-governancekader, waaronder richtlijnen rond rollen, beveiliging, standaarden en lifecycle management.

Profiel

  • Vlot Nederlands of Frans en minstens een basiskennis van de andere landstaal.
  • Zelfstandige kennis van het Engels, inclusief technische documentatie.
  • Actieve certificering PL-300 – Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
  • Actieve certificering DP-600 – Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate is een plus.
  • Grondige kennis van Power BI, waaronder DAX, DirectQuery en M-language.
  • Goede kennis van T-SQL voor SQL Server en Oracle.
  • Ervaring met performantieoptimalisatie van Power BI.
  • Ervaring met datamodellering en datawarehousing.
  • Ervaring met datatransformaties vanuit bestanden, API’s en databases, inclusief kwaliteitsregels.
  • Kennis van Power BI Service, publicatie, administratie en beveiligingsbeheer.
  • Ervaring met het verzamelen van business requirements en het vertalen ervan naar technische oplossingen.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Power BI Developer.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Power BI Coach.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in opleiding, coaching en kennisoverdracht.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met workshops en communitywerking.
  • Vermogen om Power BI-adoptie te stimuleren en gebruikers zelfstandig te leren werken.
