Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Scrum Master (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Antwerpen.

  • Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract
  • Duurtijd: Lange termijn
  • Regio: Antwerpen
  • Fulltime

De Scrum Master fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor iedereen in het team, de Product Owner, opdrachtgever(s) en overige stakeholders voor alle vragen rondom Agile werken en de Scrummethodiek.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Als Scrum Master treed je op als facilitator en zal je 1 of meerdere teams begeleiden en coachen om zelforganiserend te werken
  • Je enthousiasmeert het team om volgens de Scrummethodiek en waarden te werken en begeleidt waar nodig zodat het team zoveel mogelijk zijn eigen knelpunten oplost
  • Je inspireert het team waar nodig en biedt standvastigheid en straalt positivisme uit als het even minder goed gaat
  • Je zet teamleden in op hun kracht en helpt ze samenwerken zodat projectdoelstellingen op een kwalitatieve manier en regelmatig worden opgeleverd
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle standaard Scrum events (daily, standups, retrospectives, planning sessies, sprint reviews) op een goede manier verlopen volgens de richtlijnen van Scrum
  • Je ziet er op toe dat het Scrumteam en haar omgeving (vb. Business, Management, PMO, Operations) de agile waarden en principes kent en de Scrum methodologie toepast

Profiel

  • Je volgde een opleiding Scrum Master
  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring als fulltime Scrum Master (niet: de combinatie van Scrum Master met een andere rol)
  • Ervaring met Agile/Scrum/SAFe nieuw te introduceren in een team
  • Minimum 1 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met Scaled Agile
  • Kennis over Kanban
  • Flow metrics is een grote bonus
  • Verzekeringskennis is een groot voordeel in de uitvoering van de job
  • Talen: Nederlands en Engels
  • Soft skillsJe kan goed luisteren en bent communicatief vaardig Je hebt overtuigingskracht en kan je snel aanpassen aan nieuwe situaties Je bent een vertrouwenspersoon die mensen inzichten kan brengen Je houdt van een uitdaging en hebt een gezonde ambitie
