O Analista Operacional de Crédito Imobiliário, atuará como apoio a área de prospecção de parcerias b2b, sendo responsável por conduzir, conferir, formalizar e gerir todo o fluxo de operações de financiamento gerados dentro desta Plataforma de negcios Imobiliários externa. O profissional deve conhecer e dominar na prática o funcionamento da esteira de Crédito Imobiliário de ponta a ponta, atuando diretamente com áreas pares e também interagindo com consultores e parceiros comerciais para solução de problemas diversos, com foco na qualidade e alta produtividade na emissão de contratos do produto crédito imobiliário.Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar e tratar pendências documentais para entrada de processos.Acompanhar e atuar na regularização de pendências em estoque, em contato direto com parceiros ou clientes.Realizar interface com as áreas de Operações (Contratação) e Jurídico.Gerenciar e controlar processos por meio do IQ ou VMD.Conferir e validar valores em sistema para emissão de contratos.Conferir e preparar processos para envio à contratação, quando necessário.Apoiar o time de Pós-venda, auxiliando na recepção, análise e direcionamento de correções contratuais.Atualizar regularmente o estoque de propostas junto aos consultores comerciais (Batida de Estoque).

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Economia, Gestão Financeira, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas. Experiência prévia em Crédito Imobiliário, com atuação em processos de contratação, formalização, gestão de contratos ou acompanhamento operacional. Conhecimento do ciclo de Crédito Imobiliário, incluindo análise documental, contratação, formalização e acompanhamento de propostas. Vivência em ambientes com alto volume de demandas e necessidade de controle operacional.Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Excel e domínio das ferramentas do Pacote Office. Facilidade para atuar de forma integrada com áreas internas, parceiros comerciais e stakeholders diversos.Desejável conhecimento em automações, dashboards ou ferramentas de análise de dados.Certificação CA-600 será considerada um diferencial.Forte capacidade analítica, senso de dono, foco em resultados e cliente, que atue de forma colaborativa, organizada e proativa em ambientes dinâmicos.
