Também valorizamos raciocínio lógico e interesse por dados e processos, utilizando informações da própria operação para apoiar análises, identificar padrões, e contribuir com oportunidades de melhoria. O estagiário terá a oportunidade de vivenciar a rotina de uma operação de pagamentos, apoiando controles e acompanhamentos operacionais, análise de informações e tratamento de demandas, além de participar de iniciativas de melhoria de processos, eficiência e automação. É uma oportunidade para desenvolver uma visão ampla sobre operações bancárias e meios de pagamentos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo dia a dia, você terá a oportunidade de: Apoiar o tratamento e a análise de demandas operacionais;Coletar, organizar e analisar dados e informações operacionais;Transformar dados em informações claras e relevantes para apoiar a tomada de decisão; Contribuir na elaboração de materiais, procedimentos e comunicados da área;Contribuir para iniciativas de melhoria de processos, eficiência e automação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos:Perfil analítico, curioso e detalhista;Interesse genuíno por dados, indicadores e processos;Raciocínio lógico e vontade de investigar o “porquê” por trás dos números;Boa comunicação, conseguindo transformar análises em informações simples e objetivas;Organização, responsabilidade e disciplina;Facilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa.Conhecimentos desejáveis: Conhecimento em Excel, especialmente PROCV, PROCX e Tabela Dinâmica;Interesse em análise de dados e indicadores;Será um diferencial:Familiaridade com AWS;Conhecimentos básicos ou interesse em Inteligência Artificial e automação.Cursando ensino superior em: Administração, Ciência Da Computação, Engenharia, Gestão Estratégica De Negócios, Tecnologia Da Informação, Sistema De Informação e afins.Informações adicionaisO Itaú irá utilizar os dados fornecidos para fins de processos seletivos, inclusive em bancos de vagas alocados em plataformas terceiras.
