Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos buscando uma pessoa para a posição de Product Designer Sênior, que queira se desenvolver e aprender, compartilhar, colaborar e inovar, entregando valor para todos os nossos clientes. O time vive também um movimento de reskilling, buscando transformar perfis e formas de trabalhar, com Design cada vez mais conectado a inteligência, tecnologia e negócio.Nessa função você vai:Entrar em um ambiente de mudanças e conseguir se adaptar rapidamente a diferentes desafios e possíveis alocações.Atuar com craft de Design forte e capacidade de execução.Explorar e experimentar IA aplicada ao trabalho de Design, indo além do uso convencional das ferramentas.Articular-se com pares e parceiros e trazer provocações para as discussões.Atuar com autonomia e postura compatíveis com uma cadeira sênior. Ajudar o time no processo de reskilling e evolução da forma de trabalhar.Contribuir para elevar a régua técnica e disseminar conhecimento para designers menos seniores.Ampliar a discussão de Design para negócio e tecnologia, trazendo uma atuação mais estratégica.Influenciar positivamente o time a experimentar, testar e olhar para novas possibilidades.Conseguir atuar como um perfil bastante versátil, independentemente da cadeira/squad em que seja alocado
