Responsável pela gestão operacional da jornada de Espolio (Colaboradores Temporários), garantindo a excelência na experiência dos herdeiros e representantes legais, o cumprimento dos indicadores de desempenho, requisitos regulatorios e a evolução contínua dos processos.
