Sobre a vaga A ITACELL busca uma pessoa para gerenciar a loja da Vivo em Tanabi, liderando a equipe de vendas e acompanhando os resultados comerciais e as rotinas administrativas da unidade.

Principais responsabilidades Liderar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de vendas, contribuindo para o alcance das metas. Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, resultados e faturamento da loja, identificando oportunidades de melhoria. Realizar feedbacks e apoiar o desenvolvimento da equipe. Acompanhar rotinas administrativas, incluindo controle de estoque e operação de caixa. Zelar pela organização e pelo bom funcionamento da loja.

Experiência com vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou gestão de loja; experiência em liderança será considerada um diferencial. Familiaridade com acompanhamento de metas, resultados e indicadores de vendas. Conhecimentos de rotinas administrativas de loja, como controle de estoque e operação de caixa. Habilidade para utilizar sistemas e ferramentas de apoio às rotinas comerciais e administrativas.
