A ITA Corretora de Seguros é uma corretora B2B que conecta imobiliárias às principais seguradoras do mercado, tornando a contratação e a gestão de seguros para locação imobiliária mais simples, ágeis e eficientes. ❤️

Buscamos uma pessoa Executiva de Contas da Base para atuar na gestão e no desenvolvimento da nossa carteira de clientes, com foco em relacionamento, retenção. Essa pessoa será responsável por acompanhar de perto os clientes da ITA, construir relacionamentos de longo prazo, entender suas necessidades, antecipar demandas e garantir que aproveitem ao máximo nossas soluções.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar e desenvolver o relacionamento com a carteira de clientes ativos da ITA, garantindo proximidade e acompanhamento contínuo;
  • Realizar reuniões periódicas com os clientes para entender suas necessidades, desafios e oportunidades;
  • Identificar oportunidades de expansão de negócios dentro da carteira, estimulando o aumento da utilização das soluções da ITA;
  • Atuar de forma proativa na retenção de clientes, identificando riscos de cancelamento e construindo planos de ação para reversão;
  • Acompanhar a jornada dos clientes, garantindo uma experiência positiva e alinhada às expectativas;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e na experiência dos clientes, compartilhando feedbacks com as áreas responsáveis;
  • Garantir o registro e a atualização das interações, oportunidades e informações dos clientes no CRM;
  • Atuar como ponto focal dos clientes, fortalecendo a parceria e contribuindo para relacionamentos duradouros.

O que buscamos:

  • Experiência com gestão de carteira de clientes e relacionamento B2B, CRM e afins;
  • Vivência em Customer Success, Account Management, Gestão de Contas ou áreas comerciais correlatas;
  • Experiência com retenção, fidelização e desenvolvimento de clientes;
  • Capacidade de identificar oportunidades de expansão de negócios na carteira (cross-sell e up-sell);
  • Disponibilidade para visitas presenciais a clientes e viagens.

Será um diferencial:

  • Experiência nos segmentos de seguros, mercado imobiliário, serviços B2B ou áreas correlatas.
