The posting

Location: Fully Remote – Europe Industry: Artificial Intelligence / SaaS / Technology Employment Type: Full-Time

Our client, an innovative company operating in the Artificial Intelligence space, is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven and charismatic Sales Manager to drive new business and introduce cutting-edge AI solutions to businesses internationally.

We are looking for a natural salesperson who is hungry to succeed, confident in approaching senior decision-makers and capable of communicating complex technology solutions in a clear, engaging and convincing manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling digital products, whether in SaaS, software, gaming, technology or other digital solutions. Previous experience selling AI products is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B clients across international markets.
  • Engage confidently with C-level executives, business owners and senior decision-makers.
  • Present and demonstrate AI solutions, clearly communicating their commercial value and business benefits.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach through presentations, negotiations and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
  • Understand client challenges and position relevant AI solutions to address their needs.
  • Develop long-term commercial relationships and identify opportunities for further business growth.
  • Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience within SaaS, software, gaming, technology or other digital products and services.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial instincts, confidence and the charisma to engage and influence senior executives.
  • A proactive, hungry and results-driven personality with a genuine passion for winning new business.
  • Ability to explain technology-driven solutions convincingly, even to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in prospecting, negotiating and closing new business.
  • Self-motivated, independent and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence and enthusiasm for learning about emerging technologies.

  • Previous experience selling AI-powered products or automation solutions.
  • Established relationships with senior business decision-makers.
  • Experience selling internationally across multiple markets.
