ITALZ dak- en gevelwerken zoekt een business developer / calculator die commerciële kansen weet te verbinden met technische en financiële nauwkeurigheid.

Je bouwt ons netwerk bij architecten en andere professionele partners verder uit. Tegelijk analyseer en bereken je zelfstandig de projectdossiers die uit deze contacten voortkomen. Je bent betrokken van de eerste kennismaking tot een onderbouwde offerte en een duidelijke overdracht aan ons team. Samenwerking is mogelijk op zelfstandige basis of in loondienst.

Jouw taken: • Je bouwt actief relaties op met architecten, architectenbureaus en andere relevante partners in de bouw- en renovatiesector. • Je onderhoudt bestaande contacten en zoekt nieuwe samenwerkingsmogelijkheden. • Je volgt aanvragen op en bespreekt de inhoud en verwachtingen van projecten. • Je analyseert plannen, meetstaten, bestekken en andere beschikbare projectinformatie. • Je berekent zelfstandig dossiers voor dak- en gevelwerken en stelt onderbouwde offertes op. • Je vraagt waar nodig prijzen en aanvullende informatie op en stemt technische vragen af met collega’s en betrokken partijen. • Je licht offertes toe, volgt ze op en bespreekt eventuele aanpassingen. • Je houdt contacten, offertes en dossiers zorgvuldig bij en draagt verkochte dossiers volledig over aan de projectleiding.

• Je hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring in calculatie, projectvoorbereiding of een commerciële functie binnen de bouwsector. • Je kunt zelfstandig plannen, meetstaten en bestekken interpreteren en dossiers voor dak- en gevelwerken berekenen. • Je hebt inzicht in de technische en commerciële aspecten van bouw- en renovatieprojecten. • Je legt vlot contacten en bouwt duurzame professionele relaties op. Een bestaand netwerk bij architecten of andere bouwpartners is een pluspunt. • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar stemt ook tijdig af met collega’s en partners. • Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en kunt een offerte duidelijk toelichten. • Je organiseert je werk goed en volgt commerciële kansen en dossiers consequent op.
