The posting

ITALZ zoekt een vertegenwoordiger voor dak- en gevelwerken in de regio Antwerpen en Vlaams-Brabant. Je adviseert klanten over hun renovatieplannen en volgt hun aanvraag op tot een duidelijke overeenkomst en een vlotte overdracht aan onze projectleiding. Samenwerking is mogelijk op zelfstandige basis of in loondienst.

Jouw taken • Je neemt contact op met de leads die ITALZ aanlevert en plant zelf je klantenafspraken. • Je bezoekt klanten, luistert naar hun wensen en verzamelt de nodige informatie over hun dak- of gevelproject. • Je adviseert over passende oplossingen, in overleg met onze technische collega’s. • Je stelt zelf offertes op voor dak- en gevelwerken, licht ze toe aan klanten en volgt ze actief op tot de verkoop. Voor technische afstemming kun je rekenen op ondersteuning van ons team. • Je registreert afspraken en klantinformatie zorgvuldig en houdt je verkoopdossiers actueel. • Je draagt verkochte dossiers volledig en duidelijk over aan de projectleiding. • Je onderhoudt het klantencontact en stemt de voortgang van je verkoopdossiers af met het team.

• Je hebt meer dan 5 jaar relevante verkoopervaring. Ervaring in dak- en gevelwerken of de bouw- en renovatiesector is een pluspunt. • Je kunt zelfstandig werken: je plant je afspraken, bewaakt je opvolging en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je verkoopdossiers. • Je luistert naar klanten, geeft helder advies en combineert commerciële gedrevenheid met een correcte, klantgerichte aanpak. • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt. • Je hebt technische affiniteit met dak- en gevelwerken en bent bereid je productkennis verder op te bouwen. • Je werkt vlot met digitale toepassingen en staat open voor moderne AI-tools om offertes, klantcommunicatie en verkoopopvolging te ondersteunen. Je bent bereid nieuwe tools te leren gebruiken en controleert de resultaten kritisch. Ervaring met AI is een pluspunt; leergierigheid is belangrijker. • Je bent mobiel in Antwerpen en Vlaams-Brabant en beschikt over rijbewijs B. • Je ervaring en commerciële vaardigheden zijn belangrijker dan een specifiek diploma.
