Resumen del rol

Buscamos un Ingeniero Líder de Backend en Go para dirigir equipos de entrega dedicados a la construcción de servicios de backend nativos de la nube. Este rol combina el desarrollo práctico con el liderazgo técnico, la mentoría y la responsabilidad directa sobre la entrega de resultados.

Liderarás los esfuerzos de implementación, te coordinarás con los arquitectos y asegurarás una ejecución de alta calidad en todos los servicios de backend.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Backend Go Lead Engineer to lead delivery teams building cloud‑native backend services. This role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership, mentoring, and delivery ownership.

You will lead implementation efforts, coordinate with architects, and ensure high-quality execution across backend services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of backend services using Go (Golang)
  • Build and maintain scalable APIs (REST and/or gRPC)
  • Translate architecture designs into production-ready solutions
  • Mentor and guide mid‑level and junior engineers
  • Own backend delivery quality, performance, and reliability
  • Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical reviews
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of backend development experience
  • Strong hands‑on expertise with Go (Golang)
  • Experience building and leading microservices-based systems
  • API development experience (REST, gRPC)
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Kubernetes experience
  • Azure cloud experience
  • Event-driven or asynchronous architectures
  • Prior lead or tech‑lead responsibilities
  • Client-facing or consulting background
